Phase 1: Let’s Figure You Out


The First Consultation: Interview and Goal setting

I want to get to know you – your training history, your training preferences, your available time to train etc.


I also want to know exactly what your training goals are.


We’ll schedule a coffee for this First Consultation ☕


The Second Consultation: Base Fitness Assessment

We kick off our 12 Week Fitness Mentorship with a Fitness Assessment at FitFirst.


This is a comprehensive assessment of the your base fitness level, and includes testing your strength, endurance, recovery and flexibility.


This will give us a starting point to work from.


The Third Consultation: The Action Plan

We'll go for another coffee and we'll discuss your personalised Workout Plan.


This workout plan will include:

  • Specific FitFirst classes that you should attend

  • Specific form areas to focus on during each workout

  • Substitute home/travel workouts (if you can't get to FitFirst)

  • Additional “top up” workouts (if needed)


This Workout Plan is designed just for you. It's not a generic program – it’s all about YOUR PERSONAL training journey.

Phase 2 – Let’s Go For Gold



You start training, and I mentor you.

✅ I’ll join you for one workout per week in studio to check your progress;

✅ We'll constantly be chatting on WhatsApp re how you're doing and where your motivation levels are at;

✅ Each week, we’ll schedule a 15 minute VC or in-person chat to talk about:

  • your training progress

  • any changes we need to make to your training program

  • training tips, that apply specifically to you

  • anything you’re unsure of

Phase 3 – Let’s Review & Improve




The Final Consultation: Let’s Review & Improve


At the end of your 12 Week


Training Mentorship, we need to review how well you did.


We’ll complete the same fitness test and compare these results to your base fitness test that we completed in Week 1.


We’ll also work through which goals you felt you achieved and identify areas in your training routine that you can work on going forward.
