We're going to repeat the set in descending pyramids. Try increase your intensity as the time intervals become shorter:


Set 1: 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 30 seconds rest at the end of the set

Set 2: 40 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 30 seconds rest at the end of the set

Set 3: 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 30 seconds rest at the end of the set

Set 4: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 30 seconds rest at the end of the set
