Distinguish between body being tired and head being lazy

When I workout and I feel like quitting, I ask myself “do I feel like I stopping because my body is exhausted or do I want to stop because my head is lazy?”

It’s important to learn how to distinguish between the two. Because you should stop and rest if you body feels too tired to continue, but you should push through if you head is being lazy.

Training isn’t just about working your muscles, you’re also training your mind to “dig deep” and “vasbyt”.

How do you know if your body is tired?

· Is your heart rate unusually high?

· Do you have a stitch or a cramp?

· Do your muscles feel fatigued?

If your answer is yes, it’s ok to stop and rest.

If your answer is no, you need to dig deep and push through.
