Working out on holiday can sometimes be tough.
There are ways to keep moving this December other than a “dedicated” workout.
Try keep moving this holiday with these “workout” alternatives:
· Get your 10 000 steps a day
· Instead of just tanning on the beach, play beach bats. It’s fun and it’s a killer workout . Cool down with a swim in the sea afterwards.
· Go for a hike.
· Try jogging, even if you walk most of the way, its better than nothing.
· Do 20 pushups and 20 squats before showering
· Take your dogs for a walk or run. Or take them to the park and throw the ball for them.
· Play soccer outside with your kids – you’ll probably burn more calories doing this than during our 30 min classes 😉
