Are you ACTIVELY PRESENT while you're training?
Or do you just go through the motions?
Ask yourself: ✅Why am I here? ✅What am I trying to achieve? ✅How can I use this time to bring me closer to achieving this👆👆👆?
It really makes a HUGE difference to your workout if you practice this.
It helps me remember the "bigger picture" behind the burpees or the squats.
It also keeps me motivated so I can push myself harder while I'm training, and see and feel the results sooner!
PLUS, our workouts are only 30 minutes so I can commit to being actively present for that short window of time 😉
